There are several shipping methods that we use and with which you can receive your order:
By ELTA Courier (Door-Door)
Usually small items in volume and weight are delivered by ELTA Courier - in all regions of Greece (where it covers the transport network of companies). Shipping for products over 25 kg is fully charged to the customer.
Shipping with Transport company / KTEL / SHIPS
We can send your products with Transport Company - via KTEL – By ship. In these cases the shipping costs are determined by phone in consultation with us.
Expenses
Our company offers its customers free transfer throughout Greece for purchases over 70 €. The service is valid for deposit in a bank account. For orders within Athens, the transfer is done both by our means and by courier ELTA Courier (DOOR DOOR). For orders outside Athens, the transfer is made with the cooperating couriers ELTA (DOOR DOOR) - Easy Mail with transport agencies of your choice - KTEL or by ship. The free transfer does not apply to goods weighing more than 10 kg (by weight or volumetric).
Shipping for orders in Attica is 3.00 euros by Courier and cash on delivery 1.80 euros the total cost is 4.80 euros up to 2 kg and for each additional kilo 1.00 euros.
Shipping for orders in our Province-Islands is 3.00 euros by Courier and cash on delivery 1.80 euros the total cost is 4.80 euros up to 2 kg and for each additional kilo is 1.00 euros.
Shipping for orders in Cyprus together with cash on delivery the total cost is 28.00 euros up to 3 kg and for each additional kilo is 3.50 euros.
The Inaccessible Areas are excluded - Our Islands as Reported by COURIER couriers and may be delayed due to extreme weather events up to 2 working days and there may be an additional charge up to 3 euros.

The delivery time of orders in Attica is (1-3) working days.
The delivery time of orders in our Province-Islands is (1-4) working days.
In Inaccessible Areas - Our Islands may be slightly delayed up to (2) working days.
The delivery time of orders in Cyprus is (10) - (14) working days.
